Tammy Burgess has extensive experience in the insurance and consulting industry, currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Marsh & McLennan Companies since January 2019. In addition, Tammy has been a Senior Claims Advocate at ECM Solutions since March 2005, where responsibilities include mentoring the claims department, monitoring claim activity for top clients, negotiating settlements, and liaising between clients and insurance carriers. Prior experience includes working as a Claims Adjuster for Travelers from August 1998 to March 2005, specializing in workers' compensation and general liability, as well as serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Roosevelt Tire Service from August 1995 to August 1998 and as a Retail Sales Communications Manager at Acosta Sales & Marketing from February 1984 to February 1991. Tammy Burgess holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Appalachian State University.
