Loraine Park

Loraine Park has extensive work experience in the field of learning, evaluation, and research. From 2006 to 2018, Loraine worked at Harder+Company Community Research, starting as a Research Associate and progressing to the role of Director. In 2018, Loraine became self-employed and worked as an Independent Evaluation, Learning, and Strategy Consultant until 2019. Loraine then joined ECMC Foundation as a Manager of Learning & Impact before being promoted to the position of Director of Learning & Evaluation in 2023.

Loraine Park earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1996. Loraine subsequently pursued a Master's degree in Social Welfare from the same institution, which they completed in 2005.
