Nikki Welsh

Nikki Welsh has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Nikki started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Pin Point Recruitment from May 2004 to May 2008. Nikki then transitioned to the role of Account Manager at the same company from August 2010 to September 2012. Following this, Nikki joined EC Outsourcing in September 2012 as an HR Manager, where they provided professional advice on employee relations, coached management on people-related issues, and handled recruitment and staffing policies. In January 2021, they were promoted to the position of Director of Group HR at EC Outsourcing, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Nikki Welsh completed their education at Sheffield Hallam University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Property Management. Prior to that, they attended St Josephs School from 2004 to 2006, where they completed their A Levels in Law, Psychology, and English Literature. Earlier in their education, Nikki attended St Josephs Comprehensive School from 1999 to 2004, where they achieved 11 GCSEs graded A - C. In terms of additional certifications, Nikki obtained a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management from CIPD in 2022, a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2019, and a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2015.
