Bryon LeFort has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Bryon started their career at DENSO Manufacturing Czech as a Production Associate, where they gained experience in controlling production flow and analyzing manufacturing requirements. Bryon then joined Alcoa, where they worked in various roles, including Pot Room Supervisor and Production Manager. In these positions, Bryon supervised production procedures, ensured compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and managed employee schedules and grievances. After their time at Alcoa, Bryon worked as a Plant Manager at FIBA Technologies, Inc., where they were responsible for managing plant operations and establishing performance baselines. Bryon then joined Weatherford as a Production Manager, overseeing the daily operations of production for Artificial Lift Systems and plunger lifts. Most recently, Bryon served as an Oil & Gas Production Consultant at Platinum Energy before joining Eco-Energy LLC. as the Pipeline Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Operations at Eco-Energy LLC. Evidently, Bryon possesses a strong background in operations management within the energy industry.
