Maedeh Shabdiz has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Maedeh started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Shiraz University in 2016. Maedeh later worked as a Lab. Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the same university. In 2018, they interned as a Machinery Engineer at PIDEC. The following year, they worked as a Renewable Energy Designer at ElectroSolar. In 2019, they returned to Shiraz University as a Teacher Assistant. Maedeh then became a Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer at ECO COOLER from 2020 to 2021. Maedeh also worked as a Machinery Engineer at Aban Air Cooler (AAC) in 2021. In 2022, they joined ANEDCO as a Machinery Engineer and later also took on the role of Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer. In 2023, they joined Eco Engineering, Inc. as a Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer. Throughout their career, Maedeh Shabdiz has gained experience in teaching, research, and various engineering roles.

Maedeh Shabdiz has a strong educational background in mechanical engineering. Maedeh is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering at K. N. Toosi University of Technology, which they started in 2020, and is expected to complete in 2024. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on energy conversion, at Shiraz University from 2018 to 2020.

Before their master's studies, Maedeh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shiraz University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they received a diploma in Mathematics from the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (Sampad) between 2010 and 2014.

In terms of certifications, Maedeh has obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS) from nokhbegan bartar in 2019. Maedeh also holds a certification in Computational Fluid Dynamics (Ansys Fluent) from Navid Educational Group (دیباگران- نویدپارس) that they acquired in March 2018.
