Kyle Hilsabeck

Kyle Hilsabeck has a comprehensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Kyle currently serves as the Vice President of Quality at Eco Lips, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at McCord Holdings, Inc., where they held the positions of Chief Quality Officer and Vice President of Pharmaceutical Affairs from 2013 to 2022. Kyle also worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Hy-Vee in 2012. Before that, they gained valuable experience as a Community Practice PGY1 Resident at Shepley Pharmacy / University of Iowa College of Pharmacy, where they were involved in various projects, including medication therapy management, pharmacy education, health risk management, and continuous quality improvement. Kyle started their career as a Pharmacist Intern at CVS Pharmacy in 2008 and also worked as a Compounding Pharmacy Intern at Pharmacy Matters LLC in 2010. Prior to their pharmacy career, they served as a Lead Phlebotomist/Training Assistant at Biolife Plasma Svc and conducted research as a Research Intern at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Kyle also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Meyer Pharmacy and Medicap Pharmacy.

Kyle Hilsabeck completed a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Wartburg College from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biochemistry. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certified Wound Care Professional certification from Kaleidoscope Clinical Consulting in June 2019. Kyle also completed an Introductory Compounding Laboratory Training from PCCA in January 2010 and an Immunization Administration certification from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in December 2008. Furthermore, they obtained an Iowa Pharmacy License from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy in July 2011.
