Matt Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt began their career as a Concierge at the Steinberg Conference Center, University of Pennsylvania in 2012. From there, they worked as a Sales and Reservation Supervisor at Aramark in 2013, overseeing a team of 15 sales representatives. After that, they served as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Pinewood Lodge in 2016, leading a sales team and driving revenue through bookings. In 2014, Matt joined Princess Cruises as a Sales & Marketing Specialist, where they increased sales by presenting to live groups and later became a Tour Director, responsible for leading groups and engaging guests with expert narration.

Matt's career then transitioned to Remote Year, where they worked from 2016 to 2020 in various roles. Matt started as a Program Leader, leading a diverse group of remote professionals and coordinating logistics for cultural immersion events. Matt then moved on to become a Sales Consultant, targeting and closing professionals from various companies to join the Remote Year community. Their outstanding performance led to a promotion as a Senior Sales Consultant, where they exceeded monthly and quarterly sales quotas and mentored junior team members. In 2020, Matt became a Senior Sales Executive at Remote Year, consistently ranking as the top performer and generating significant sales revenue while working in multiple countries across six continents.

Most recently, Matt joined Eco-Mail in 2020 as a Solutions Engineer, focusing on enterprise-wide digital transformation through a customer-centric approach. Matt supports the account team in delivering successful pre-sales engagements and provides software demonstrations, utilizing their deep technical understanding, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Matt Rodriguez attended the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. In addition to their degree, they have earned various certifications, including a Certified Hospitality Supervisor from The American Hospitality Association's Education Institute in October 2011, an Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot Academy in April 2020, and a HubSpot Sales Software Certification from HubSpot Academy in April 2020.
