Hope Kulmala

Hope Kulmala began their work experience in 2007 as a Sales Associate at Gordmans. In 2008, they worked as an Associate at Hydra Relax until 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Intern at Manoirs, LLC for a few months before moving on to become a Picker at Zappos Family of Companies from October 2011 to August 2012. From September 2012 to July 2018, they worked at Amazon as an Outbound Process Assistant, where they supervised 50-200 associates, ensured customer orders were delivered on time, and assisted associates in their processes. Currently, they work at ecoATM Gazelle as an Operations Supervisor, starting in July 2018.

Hope Kulmala attended the Art Institute of TN-Nashville from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. Prior to that, they attended Parkland College from 2007 to 2008 and pursued a General Studies program. Hope has also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, although the institution and the dates of obtaining are not provided.
