Ben Andoh

Ben Andoh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Group Head of Culture, Conduct & Ethics/Internal Control at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated since July 2016, Ben previously held the position of Africa Cluster Head for Enterprise Risk Management at Citi from September 2011 to June 2016. Prior roles include Principal and Chief Risk Officer at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, Senior Vice President at Citi overseeing Investments Compliance for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and Vice President of Compliance Advisory at Citigroup Asset Management. With an MSC in Financial & Commercial Regulation and an LLB in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, Ben Andoh possesses a robust academic background complemented by international expertise gained in locations such as the Czech Republic, Greece, Poland, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the USA.
