Stefanie Scruggs

Stefanie Scruggs joined Ecobat in 2022 as Vice President of Sustainability and HS&E, responsible for the development, execution, and management of Ecobat’s sustainability and HS&E strategies.

Stefanie brings 16 years of combined Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) leadership experience in the oil and gas industry to Ecobat. Prior to joining Ecobat, she served as Vice President, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Social Responsibility for Aethon Energy, the US’ third largest private oil and gas producer. During her tenure, she built the organization’s sustainability function from the ground up.

Stefanie holds a B.S. from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
