Fardosa Said-Ahmed began their work experience in 2011 as an intern at Red Cross Nairobi. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Customs Clerk at ABF. In 2015, Fardosa joined Phoenix as a Supervisor until 2017. Most recently, they have been working at ecobee as a Technical Support Representative since October 2018.

Fardosa Said-Ahmed's education history includes three main stages. In 2008, they attended the University of Toronto for a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree program in Business Administration and Management, General. Fardosa then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from 2009 to 2011 at George Brown College. Later, in 2018, Fardosa participated in the Junior IT Analyst Program at NPower Canada, focusing on Information Technology.
