Hetav Shah has a diverse work experience in various technical support and customer service roles. Starting with ecobee as a Technical Support Specialist in 2023, Hetav provided exceptional customer service via phone, emails, and chat, resolving issues with strong problem-solving skills. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2022, Hetav worked at Shaw Communications as a Consumer activations & Technical Specialist, managing end-to-end activations, providing advanced technical support, and troubleshooting installations of Shaw services. Hetav also worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Shaw Communications from 2021 to 2022, offering knowledgeable technical support for network, internet, cable, and digital phone issues while ensuring exceptional customer experience. Before joining Shaw Communications, Hetav worked at BoxKnight in 2020 as a Quality Assurance Specialist, conducting inspections, managing inventory, and overseeing operations in an environmentally controlled warehouse.
