What do you call a guy who can’t wait to get to the office and open up Excel? Jon Prosser. Yep – that’s how much this seasoned money-raiser enjoys being our VP of Finance. And so he should; he’s good at it. In fact, he’s helped raise more than $150 million in funding for Toronto start-ups while working for the likes of JL Albright, Q9 Networks, and ecobee, among others. When he’s not busy cultivating our future, you’ll find him playing tennis, batting a baseball or maybe urban adventure racing. Oh, and he once rode a bicycle 40 feet under water. Some say he’s competitive. Maybe just a smidge.
