Rachel Ma is a Senior Product Designer at ecobee, focusing on thermostat features for energy services. With a background in graphic design and art direction, Rachel has experience in various industries including loyalty marketing, hardware hackathons, and commercial building solutions. Rachel has also worked with startups and scale-ups to provide UX and design services. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media and a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media Production.
