Kim Nichols, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kim is currently working at Ecobot as the Director of Customer Success, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Customer Success at Ecobot from June 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Ecobot, Kim worked at Definitive Healthcare as a System Administrator, Digital Experience & Customer Operations from March 2021 to May 2022. Kim's career began in the US Army, where they served as a Market Research Analyst / Psychological Operations Sergeant from February 2006 to November 2011.

Kim Nichols, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the William & Mary Raymond A. Mason School of Business, graduating in 2016. Prior to that, Kim completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Westminster College in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Kim also received a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in June 2022.
