Alissa Nicole Thompson

Alissa Nicole Thompson is an Environmental Specialist at Ecochain Technologies since March 2023, focusing on ecodesign and sustainable product development through life cycle assessments. Previous experience includes roles as a Lighting Designer/Consultant at Fraai Werk, a Thesis Researcher at Deltares where significant research on light grey water recycling was conducted, and co-founding Direct Vintage, where a successful copy-writing framework led to a notable sales increase. Alissa has also optimized the crate washing process at Euro Pool System, worked on circularity consulting for IKEA, and co-founded Suve, a mobile app focused on environmental impact. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial Ecology from both Delft University of Technology and Leiden University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Earth, Energy, and Sustainability from Leiden University.
