Jessica Winter-Stoltzman

Jessica Winter-Stoltzman is an experienced environmental scientist currently serving as Principal Scientist at EcoChem, Inc. since June 2019, focusing on natural resource damage assessment and restoration for trustee agencies. In parallel, Jessica is a Senior Environmental Consulting Scientist at RIDOLFI Inc., assisting tribes with environmental investigations and remediation planning. Jessica previously held the role of Senior Environmental Scientist at The Intelligence Group LLC, where responsibilities included developing allocation methods for Superfund sites. Earlier experience includes working as an Environmental Scientist at NOAA, where efforts concentrated on remediation for hazardous waste and oil spills, and as an Environmental Educator at RiverQuest. Jessica's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Chicago, along with additional coursework in Environmental Toxicology at the University of Washington.
