Michelle Budiman

Michelle Budiman is a Program Specialist at CLEAResult since July 2023 and has expertise in customer service and operations management. At Ecofitt Corp, Michelle serves as a Customer Service Coordinator and successfully built the Call Centre for Enbridge and the IESO's low-income programs within a three-week deadline, while also enhancing operations through collaboration with IT and management. Previously, as Team Lead for Energy Assessments Coordination at GreenSaver, Michelle focused on improving team efficiency and data analysis for interdepartmental reporting. Early career roles included positions in sales and customer service, where Michelle demonstrated leadership, training, and organizational skills. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Ryerson University.
