Allen Huang

Allen Huang has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Vertiv as the Senior Manager of HR for APAC, where they focused on engagement, communications, and HR compliance. In 2021, they joined EcoFlow as the Leader of HR SSC & Recruiting, overseeing HR compliance and talent acquisition. In 2022, they became the Human Resources Director at Muye Microelectronics, responsible for global employee relations and talent acquisition. Currently, they are back at EcoFlow as the Leader of HR SSC & Employer Branding, focusing on HR compliance, global employment, and employer branding initiatives.

Allen Huang has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Sichuan International Studies University.
