Helen Gates

Helen Gates is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in microbiology and technical consulting. Currently, as Marketing Director and previously as a Global Technical Consultant Strategic Leader at Ecolab since August 2019, Helen has demonstrated leadership in developing strategic initiatives. Prior experience at GSK from June 2002 to August 2019 includes roles such as Microbiology Manager, where Helen led a department focused on technical microbiology services, mentoring future leaders and enhancing cross-functional relationships. Achievements encompass developing a graduate recruitment program, implementing training standards, and improving manufacturing processes through Lean Sigma methodologies. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Leeds, awarded in 2002.
