Janet Kirkman

Janet Kirkman is the Marketing Director for Sustainable Growth Solutions at Ecolab, a position held since June 2022, where the focus is on helping customers achieve sustainability goals through water-focused programs. Prior to this role, Janet worked at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, from May 2013 to June 2022, serving as both Marketing Manager for the Transportation SBU and as a Product Manager for cooling water biocides. Janet's career at 3M spanned from January 1998 to March 2013, with roles including Marketing Manager for 3M Advanced Composites and several engineering positions in product development and manufacturing. Janet holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned from 1993 to 1997.
