Jon Hansen

Jon Hansen is an experienced R&D professional with a robust background in chemical engineering, currently serving as R&D Director in Global Process Engineering and Strategic Supplier Innovation at Ecolab since August 2013. Jon has a proven track record of addressing critical technical challenges through supplier partnerships and has successfully managed significant projects, including the technology transfer of a $10MM production line in France. With extensive experience in product formulation, process development, and cross-functional collaboration, Jon has played a key role in the commercialization of innovative products and the enhancement of operational efficiencies. Prior to rejoining Ecolab, Jon gained valuable experience as a Chemical Engineer at Ralco Nutrition, Inc. and has held various engineering roles at Ecolab that contributed to significant cost-saving initiatives and product improvements. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from South Dakota State University.
