Laura Swidorski, MATD, has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Accounts for Food Retail Services at Ecolab since September 2014. Over the years, Laura has held various key positions at Ecolab, including Director of Business Development II and Assistant Vice President roles, focusing on enhancing training for sales teams and improving learning retention for new hires. Prior to Ecolab, Laura operated as an Independent Training & Development Consultant, partnering with organizations to develop tailored training strategies. Earlier career roles include Director of Training & Technical Services at The Butcher Company, District Manager positions across multiple companies, and managing training teams in technology and fitness sectors. Laura holds a Master's in Training & Development from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish with a minor in Human Relations from Saint Anselm College.
