Michael Van Dyke has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Assistant Vice President for the Western Area at Ecolab since June 2009. Prior roles at Ecolab include Senior Corporate Account Manager, Corporate Account Manager, District Manager, Distributor Sales Development Manager, and Territory Manager. Prior to joining Ecolab, Michael held the position of Executive Chef/F&B Professional at Victoria Pub Company and other establishments from March 2005 to June 2009, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the field.
