Currently serving as the Director of Digital Marketing Communications for Global Life Sciences at Ecolab since March 2024, Michelle previously held the position of Senior Manager of Digital Communications at Purolite, where responsibilities included enhancing digital presence and overseeing various digital marketing strategies. Prior experience at CertainTeed Corporation involved managing performance marketing efforts, including SEO, marketing automation, and paid digital advertising, while also developing digital strategies for the Gypsum division. Michelle's career also includes significant roles at ADT, Absolute Security of America, and various digital agencies, where a focus on online lead generation and marketing strategy was paramount.
