NT Sew has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and engineering within the water and chemical industries. They served as a District Manager at Nalco Water from 2012 to 2016, leading a team of 35 in Singapore and Vietnam. Prior to that, NT held multiple roles at Nalco, focusing on growth and profitability. Most recently, NT worked at Ecolab as a Senior Marketing Director and was responsible for marketing operations for Downstream in the Asia Pacific region. NT began their career as a Process Engineer at Lotte Chemical Titan Malaysia, where they contributed significantly to expansion studies and optimization efforts.
