Raheel Shahzad

Raheel Shahzad is an accomplished product and user experience leader with extensive experience in the technology and service industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product and User Experience at Ecolab since August 2021, Raheel oversees the IOT platform and manages an annual budget of $2 million to deliver actionable insights to customers and field staff. Prior to Ecolab, Raheel spent over 16 years at Capgemini, holding various roles including Senior Manager where responsibilities included leading product teams for a global mobile application in the Quick Service Restaurant sector and managing large-scale digital transformations for leading brands. Raheel possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has demonstrated expertise in user-centered design, UX strategy, and team leadership throughout a diverse career.
