Reilly Goodwin has extensive experience in sustainability, public affairs, and political relations. Beginning as a Special Assistant to the Governor in Wisconsin, Reilly progressed to roles such as Finance Director for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and Account Executive at Tunheim, managing public relations and client accounts. Reilly served as a Public Affairs Consultant at ERM and held multiple leadership positions at 3M, focusing on global sustainability initiatives and stakeholder engagement. Reilly is currently the Senior Director of Sustainability and ESG at Tennant Company. Additionally, Reilly has contributed as a guest lecturer at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, sharing insights on sustainability and energy transportation. Reilly holds a Master's degree in Natural Resource Law and Policy with a concentration in Sustainability and CSR Energy Law from the University of Denver.
