Rhonda Gaulke

Rhonda Gaulke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology solutions and security. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Technology Solutions Transformation at Ecolab since October 2007, Rhonda leads initiatives in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and transformation programs. Previous roles at Ecolab include Senior Director in the Office of the CIO and Director of Security for Supply Chain Technologies, focusing on large-scale security initiatives. Rhonda's early career includes significant positions at Target and Travelers, where leadership in security compliance and claims systems development was key. Additionally, Rhonda has contributed to local governance as an Election Judge for Washington County and held leadership roles at the Dancing Waters Homeowner Association. Rhonda holds a BA in Mathematics from the College of Saint Benedict.
