Ehab Mourad Omarah

Ehab Mourad Omarah serves as the Area Director of Operations at Baron Hotels & Resorts Egypt since February 2024, overseeing the performance of four high-end hotels and resorts, managing a substantial inventory of over 1500 rooms, 35 F&B outlets, and various facilities. Ehab also functions as an Independent Consultant at EHL Advisory Services, offering strategic guidance on hotel management to owners and investors since February 2021. Previous roles include Hotel General Manager at Mysk Al Mouj, Director of Hotels Operations at Shaza Hotels, and various managerial positions across notable hotel groups such as Mövenpick, Kempinski, and Oberoi. Ehab holds an MBA in Hospitality Administration from EHL and multiple certificates in hospitality from Cornell University, alongside a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from Oberoi School of Hotel Management and a B.A. in Hebrew Language and Literature from Ain Shams University.
