Anissa Ugwe Ben Hamouda serves as Directrice d'ESSMS at GROUPE SOS since April 2019, overseeing the MECS Arobase and SAU 95, focusing on the care of youth aged 12 to 21 in protective housing. Additionally, Anissa has been a Cheffe de service éducatif at SAU 95 and a Formatrice at the Ecole Pratique de Service Social (EPSS) since September 2019. As a consultant for the Haute Autorité de Santé since November 2019, Anissa contributes expertise in educational services. Prior experience includes leadership roles at JCLT Arobase and a teaching position at Université Paris 8 Vincennes-Saint-Denis, where responsibilities included research on immigrant youth. Anissa holds a Doctorate in Educational Sciences from Université Paris 8 and a DESS in Educational Sciences from Université Paris Nanterre.
