Cyril Somaggio

Cyril Somaggio currently serves as Directeur du CCAS for Ville de Mantes-la-Jolie since February 2023. Concurrently, Cyril holds positions as a jury member for the diplôme d'état at both IUT de Paris - Rives de Seine and École Pratique de Service Social (EPSS), beginning in November 2020. From October 2020 to February 2023, Cyril was Directeur du CCAS at Mairie des Clayes-sous-Bois and prior to that, Cyril worked as Directeur adjoint du CCAS for Ville de Marly-le-Roi from January 2019 to October 2020. Cyril has extensive experience in social services, starting as Assistant Social at Mairie de Montreuil in 2003, and later held roles at Département des Hauts-de-Seine, before serving as Assistant Social Principal at Département des Yvelines from July 2007 to December 2018. Cyril earned a Licence in Sciences de l'Éducation from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and Ecole Rockfeller Lyon 8ème between 2000 and 2003.
