Sugato Guha

Sugato Guha is the current Head of Product Development at Ecolibrium. Prior to this, they were the Director of their own firm that provided consulting and advisory services. Sugato has also served as the VP of Sales & Marketing for SkillSonics India Pvt Ltd.

Sugato has extensive experience in sales planning, go-to-market strategies, and digital transformation projects. Sugato has successfully executed below-the-line campaigns, digital marketing and sales analytics projects, and go-to-market strategies for an online learning startup. In addition, they have also been involved in home robotics ventures and IT Services startups.

Sugato's accomplishments include building a business plan and market assessment that secured Series A funding for SkillSonics and scaling the business acquisition for the company. Sugato has also defined and signed franchise partnerships for "Skills Development Institutes" and led industry/association alliances with CII & FICCI.

Sugato Guha graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur with a B.Tech. in Manufacturing Science and Engineering. Sugato then went on to complete a PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
