Olga Korņejenkova has a diverse work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Olga began their career as a Leading Accountant at VAS LDZ Infrastrukturas parvalde from 2001 to 2007. Olga then worked as a Chief Accountant at SIA M&L Ekspedicija from 2007 to 2012, where they were responsible for preparing reports for the State Revenue Service and Russian Railway accountancy departments. From 2007 to 2015, they served as the Chief Accountant/Financial Controller at SIA ITAB Baltic and SIA ITAB JPD, where they led the finance and accounting unit and handled budgeting and analyzing results. From 2012 to 2021, Olga worked as the Owner/Financial Director at SIA FREE K. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Accountant at ECOLINES since 2015, overseeing the accountancy department and preparing reports for the government and board members.

Olga Korņejenkova received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Latvijas Universitate between 1996 and 2000. Olga then pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Philology at the same university from 1998 to 2003. Following this, Olga completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services at the Baltic International Academy from 2003 to 2005. Apart from formal education, they also attended seminars on taxes provided by Perfecta Consulting SIA from 2007 to 2015.
