Aruna Rao

Aruna Rao is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Ecom Express Limited since September 2022. Prior to this role, Aruna held various HR positions, including HR & Learning Business Partner for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at Flipkart from October 2019 to September 2022, HR Business Partner for Telangana at Reliance Retail from July 2018 to October 2019, and Senior People Officer at Future Group India from December 2012 to July 2018. Aruna holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from GH Raisoni School of Business Management (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (2005-2007).
