John Bills has a strong background in the marketing and advertising industry. John started their career as an Art Director at WSMV in 1982, where they were responsible for on-air and print graphics, as well as working as a courtroom sketch artist. John then worked as a freelance illustrator for several news programs before joining WFTX 4 Fort Myers as a Graphic Artist, where they revamped on-air graphics and also filled in during live news broadcasts. After that, they served as an Art Director at Palmer Wireless, handling creative advertising and promotion for cellular markets in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. In 1998, they moved to Atlanta and became an Art Director_Studio Manager at Austin Kelley Advertising before transitioning to Fitzgerald+CO as an Art Director/Illustrator. John then joined eCompanyStore as a Creative Director and later moved on to Corporate Imaging Concepts, LLC in the same role, where they directed two teams of creatives located in both Chicago and Atlanta to optimize marketing collateral in both print and digital formats.
John Bills attended Tennessee State University from 1977 to 1979. John then attended Nashville Tech from 1986 to 1988, followed by Belmont University in 1987 to 1988. Lastly, they attended the University of South Florida from 1992 to 1994. However, no specific degrees or fields of study were provided for any of these educational institutions.
