Chris Swanger

CMO at eConnect

Chris Swanger is the current Chief Marketing Officer at eConnect. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at OfferCraft from July 2015 to May 2018. Chris was responsible for taking the company from the pre-revenue stage to a multi-million dollar exit in less than three years. OfferCraft was acquired in 2018.

From October 2011 to July 2015, Chris served as the Vice President of Business Development at eConnect, Inc. Chris was a top producer and was brought in by the CEO to revamp the sales department. During their time at eConnect, they helped close the largest deal in the company's history while increasing sales year over year. Chris was also responsible for marketing strategy, directing the inside sales team, and developing channel partnerships. In addition, they negotiated a deal with Spike TV and Bar Rescue that gave eConnect national media coverage and serious demand for the product.

Prior to their work at eConnect, Chris served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing/Co-Founder/Advisor at Playersoft Technologies from November 2010 to October 2011. Chris also worked as a software consultant at OfferCraft and as a co-founder at SkyWire from January 2006 to May 2012.

Chris Swanger has a certificate in eCommerce, Media Design & Systems Integration from San Diego Mesa College. Chris also has a certificate in Culinary Arts & Nutrition from Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts. In addition, they have certification from Miller Heiman Europe GmbH in Miller Hieman Strategic Selling, from the University of Minnesota in Game Protection Analyst, from eConnect in Data Science Expert (DSE), and from PADI in Scuba Diver. Chris also has certification from IGT in IGT System Administrator, and from the US Navy in Fireman.

They work with George DiGrandi - COO, Guido Arias - CFO, and Malcolm Rutherford - EVP of Strategic Operations. Chris Swanger reports to Henry Valentino, President & CEO.
