João Pedro Cilento Lopes

João Pedro Cilento Lopes is a Mechanical Design Engineer at ECONOCORP Inc. since February 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Robotics Engineering Researcher at Boston University from June to December 2023, and an Educator at the Orlando Science Center from January to August 2022, where informal science teaching was provided to school children. João completed an internship as a Robotics Engineer at Newt Mobility in late 2021, contributing to robotic systems algorithms and the mechanical design of an autonomous vehicle. Additionally, from September 2019 to October 2021, João served as a Thermodynamics Undergraduate Learning Assistant and an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of Central Florida.
