Alain Roumilhac

Alain Roumilhac is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the workforce solutions industry. Currently serving as President of the Southern Europe Region and President of ManpowerGroup France since June 2011, Alain has led initiatives that empower clients to achieve their business objectives through innovative workforce strategies. Prior to this, Alain held the position of Managing Director for Experis and ManpowerGroup Solutions in Southern Europe, specializing in professional talent recruitment across various sectors. Alain's leadership experience also includes roles as CEO and General Manager at Osiatis, and VP of Integrated Technology Services at IBM Global Services. Additionally, Alain served as President of Fondation Agir Contre l'Exclusion from December 2020 to May 2022, and founded CLEMADEL Conseil to focus on strategy and business development. Educational background includes attendance at Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 1980 to 1983.
