Laura O. has extensive experience in learning and development roles, starting as a Monitoring & Evaluation Associate at Innovation Network, Inc. in 2008. Laura then moved on to roles such as Manager, Special Programs and Evaluation at World Cocoa Foundation, Knowledge Management Specialist at Feed the Future Knowledge Driven Agricultural Development Project, Director of Corporate Learning at Fintrac Inc, and Training Specialist at U.S. Economic Development Administration. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Learning Officer at U.S. Economic Development Administration, where they lead the Learning and Development team to support the agency's Mission and Strategic Goals. Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated their expertise in organizational learning strategies, leadership development, knowledge management, and workforce development.

Laura O. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economics from Evergreen State College and a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology of Development from the University of Sussex.
