Record holder for the number of failed public service competitions (ENA, INET, Banque de France, Senate, etc.), Louis believed for a long time that the state did not want him. But a happy coincidence allowed him to join the Ministry of the Economy in October 2013, to participate in the France Very High Speed ​​Plan. He then became advisor to the director of the new Digital Agency. In January 2017, he crossed a corridor in Bercy to join the French Tech Mission to design and implement the opening of French Tech Central, the French Tech HQ at Station F. The establishment and monitoring of legal and financial partnerships, the identification of the needs of startups and the development of support programs for entrepreneurs are his daily life. In September 2019, he took the head of the GOV squad of the French Tech Mission, to steer the actions of the State to support the French Tech ecosystem (French Tech 120, regulatory and legislative changes, French Tech Central and its deployment in French Tech Capitals). He excels in average humor and particularly appreciates the health and environment verticals. In November 2019, he was appointed Deputy Director of the French Tech mission.
