Ross Barfield

Ross Barfield is an experienced professional in project and customer success management, currently serving as the Strategic Project Manager at EcoOnline Global since January 2024, where significant initiatives have been led for the integration of StaySafe into the company's ecosystem. Previously, as the Customer Success Director at StaySafe® from October 2017 to December 2023, Ross managed a global customer base exceeding 90,000, achieving notable retention and growth results. Earlier roles included Customer Success Manager and Account Development Manager for Asia Pacific at StaySafe, alongside consultancy and operational management positions with Ski-lls and Ski Val. Ross's entrepreneurial background includes owning The Grilled Cheese Trailer, and foundational experience was gained as a Graduate Design Engineer at Morrison Construction. Ross holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
