Esti Kramarsky-Winter is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in environmental science and zoology. Currently serving as a Research Associate at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev since January 2010, Kramarsky-Winter also operates Ekw Research Development as the Owner since April 2016 and holds the position of Board Member at EcoPeace Middle East since November 2017. Additional roles include serving as a Consultant for the Weizman Institute of Science since April 2016 and previously as Head of R&D at Proreef LTD from August 2010 to 2012. Prior experiences include a tenure as a Research Associate at Tel Aviv University from 2000 to 2010 and as a Scientific Advisor at Zalul Environmental Association of Israel from 2003 to 2005. Kramarsky-Winter's academic background includes a PhD in Zoology, an MSc in Zoology, and a post-doctorate in nature conservation research, all from Tel Aviv University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Maryland.
