Miu Fangyu Tsao

Miu Fangyu Tsao is a project development analyst at Ecoplexus Inc. since October 2021, with previous experience as an M&A analyst at Marubeni Group Company-Chenya Energy Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included investment evaluation, project finance, risk analysis, and stakeholder relations. Miu also worked as an associate research fellow at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research, focusing on offshore and onshore wind power policies, and as a senior program specialist at Swancor Renewable Energy, contributing to environmental impact assessments and developing local suppliers for offshore wind farms. Earlier career roles included international sales specialist at Tong Hwei Enterprise Co., Ltd., where Miu managed communication between internal departments and external suppliers while developing overseas customers and APAC suppliers. Miu holds a Master of Science in Marine Planning and Management from the University of Liverpool and a bachelor's degree in Political Economics from National Sun Yat-Sen University.
