Frank Verschuren has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Frank'smost recent position was as the Director of Ecorus Projects at Ecorus, starting in February 2022. Before that, they held the role of Business Unit Manager at Pliant from April 2021 to February 2022.

Prior to these positions, Frank worked at NTS-Group as the Site Manager for NTS D&E Nijmegen from September 2019 to April 2021. Frank also served as an Engineering Director at Bosch Transmission Technology B.V. from January 2015 to March 2019, where they were responsible for the testing departments in Tilburg and Vietnam, leading a team of approximately 85 engineers, technicians, designers, and project leaders.

Earlier in their career, Frank held various roles at Bosch Security and Safety Systems. Frank was a VP of Engineering responsible for the world-wide R&D and project management activities of Video Systems from August 2013 to December 2014. Frank also served as a General Manager/Director, overseeing the Video Systems activities in the Netherlands from February 2011 to August 2013. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Technology Officer from August 2006 to February 2011, where they led a global team of system architects on the three main R&D locations. Frank began their career at Bosch as a Senior Product Manager from February 2001 to August 2006, managing the digital recording and storage business lines in professional video surveillance.

Before joining Bosch, Frank worked at Philips CSI as a System Architect for PC cameras from November 1998 to February 2001 and at KSE Protech B.V. as the Head of Techno Center from May 1995 to November 1998. At Philips CSI, they were responsible for the system architecture and technology choices of PC cameras, and at KSE Protech B.V., they led a team of experts for the development of the next generation automation system PROMAS.

Overall, Frank Verschuren has accumulated extensive experience in various managerial and leadership roles across different companies in the fields of renewable energy, engineering, security systems, and automation.

Frank Verschuren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in HTS Electotechniek with a specialization in Computertechniek from Hogeschool 's-Hertogenbosch. Frank completed this degree between 1988 and 1992. Frank then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Electrotechniek, specifically in the field of Meten & Regelen, at Eindhoven University of Technology. Frank obtained their M.Sc. degree from 1992 to 1995.
