Veronica Sandu

Veronica Sandu is a seasoned social policy specialist with over a decade of experience in vulnerability and poverty analysis, cash assistance, and social services development. They have contributed to significant projects for organizations such as UNICEF, USAID, and the World Bank, focusing on social protection and inclusion across Central and Eastern Europe and the Community of Independent States. Veronica has held various roles, including Senior Social Policy Expert with Ecorys and Social and Economic Policy Specialist at UNICEF. They achieved a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Moldova and two Master’s degrees in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht University and Development Economics from Université Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV.
