Arun Iyer

Arun Iyer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Arun began their career as a Software Engineer at Baan Info Systems, where they created an independent data warehouse and developed APIs for integrating financial data with external products. Arun then joined Aces International, Inc as a Software Engineer and implemented service order and inventory tracking systems for MCI WorldCom. At Health Net, Arun served as a Staff Programmer Analyst, leading projects and demonstrating the capabilities of Oracle BI and Siebel CRM to senior executives. Arun then moved on to Farmers Insurance as a Claims Datawarehouse Architect & Lead, creating a Claims Data Mart by integrating data from various source systems. Arun then worked at Amgen as a Sr. Project Manager, managing a system portfolio and overseeing a major upgrade to Siebel. Arun later joined Accenture, where they held various roles including Data Warehouse Architect and Business & Integration Architect Senior Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering integration projects using Guidewire, Informatica, and Snowflake. Arun also completed multiple proof-of-concepts on various technologies. Arun'smost recent role was at Ecosense, where they served as the Director of IT & BI, managing the entire IT infrastructure and implementing systems such as ERP and CRM. Arun also created an Enterprise Data Warehouse for management reporting. Arun Iyer has a diverse education history. In 1988, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree in Accounts & Finance from R. A. Podar College (University of Mumbai). From 1990 to 1993, they attended the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, where they obtained a degree in ICWAI with a specialization in Budgeting & Cost Accounting. In 1994, they pursued Computer Applications at VJTI (University of Mumbai) and completed a Master's in Computer Applications (M.C.A) in 1996.
