Sylvie Barbeau

Sylvie Barbeau began her career at Ecosystem in 2005 as a design engineer. She quickly revealed her business acumen and management skills, which led her to a role as construction manager and then as project director. Experienced in large-scale and multi-building projects, including hospitals and school boards, Sylvie is highly attuned to client needs and the importance of minimizing any impacts during construction. Since 2018, she has been managing a project at DePauw University in Indiana. A natural leader who is ready to take on any challenge, Sylvie inspires her team to fully commit to every project’s success.

In 2019, in addition to her role as Senior Project Director, Sylvie became Regional Manager for the province of Quebec. Based in our Montreal office, Sylvie provides a bridge between our management and employees, improving Ecosystem’s efficiency and accelerating workplace synergy.
