Kim Peretti

Kim Peretti has extensive leadership experience in customer success and education services across various technology companies. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Ecosystems Services since March 2021, Kim previously held roles such as Chief Customer Officer at Klaviyo and Group Vice President of Customer Success at DocuSign, where responsibilities included managing a large customer success organization and developing global success programs. Kim’s background also includes positions at Adobe as Global Head of Customer Success for Adobe Digital Learning Services, Global Vice President of Education Services at QlikTech, and Senior Director of Education Services at Symantec, among others. Kim holds degrees from Harvard Business School and Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Suffolk University.
