Sandrine Delaye

Sandrine Delaye is the HR Director for France at Ecotone since September 2017, overseeing a workforce of 580 employees across five companies, two production sites, and one logistics site. Delaye is a member of the executive committee and manages HR Business Partner teams, HR development, administration, payroll, and work environment facilities. Previously, Delaye served as the Compensation and Benefits Manager for Europe and HR Business Partner at Groupe Wessanen, and held various HR roles at Bjorg & Compagnie from June 2001 to October 2017, including HR Business Partner and HR Manager, focusing on internal communication, organizational development processes, and HR tools implementation. Sandrine Delaye holds a DESS in Human Resources Management from iaelyon School of Management, where studies have been ongoing since 2001.
